Looking for Roadmunk?
It is now sold as Strategic Roadmaps (Roadmunk), part of the Tempo suite, and roadmunk.com redirects there. Here is what that changes about the price, and where Roadmark is — and isn’t — the right swap.
We make Roadmark, so read this as our case rather than a neutral review. Every number about their product links to the page we read it from, on 26 August 2026 — check it.
Roadmunk became a Tempo product
What their own public pages say, each linked to the page it came from.
- roadmunk.com now answers with a permanent redirect to tempo.io — both the home page and the old /pricing page. Source on roadmunk.com

The two prices are different shapes
Theirs scales with the number of people who can edit. Ours does not scale at all — it is one price for the workspace.

At 5 editors their Business tier is $245 a month on their published rate; our Team plan is $49 a month however many people you add. The two are closest at a single editor — their Starter at $19 against our Pro at $15 — and the gap widens with every person you add, because only one of the two prices counts people. What you get for it differs too; that is the section below.
Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, adds it at checkout where your country requires it. Prices move — check both before you decide.
What Roadmark is for
Not a feature count. One idea, and the two things that follow from it.
The old plan stays on the canvas
When the plan changes you fork it instead of editing over it. Both timelines stay visible — the one you committed to and the one you switched to — so the roadmap carries its own history rather than resetting to whatever is true this week.
Every fork carries the reason
A branch cannot be created without a decision log. Months later the board still answers “why did this date move”, and the public Decision Feed turns that record into a page you can send to an investor or a customer.
The link stays true on its own
Boards sync from 10 issue trackers and planning tools — Linear, Jira and GitHub among them — so the link you sent last quarter reflects what has shipped since. Read-only viewers are unlimited and free, which is what makes sending it the default.
When they are the better choice
Three cases where we would not switch, and would rather say so here than after you have moved a roadmap across.
- You are already paying for the Tempo suite and want roadmaps on the same bill as your time tracking and financials.
- You need feature-request intake and idea scoring in the same tool. Roadmark deliberately has no voting board — we do not build that surface.
- You need dependency Gantts, RICE or MoSCoW scoring, or fiscal-year calendars. Those are the planning-suite feature set, and we are not building toward it.

Our own roadmap is public, pivots and all — the abandoned branches are still on it, which is the whole point. Read it first; the sign-up can wait.
